The owners of this house in Edgefield, North Norfolk, came to King & Company with a clear idea of how they wanted to transform it. We introduced them to Cannon & Clarke Architects, who worked with the homeowners and our team to develop a design that balanced their aspirations with the budget and planning requirements.
The planning process was challenging, but working together from the earliest stages let us work through the complications, secure approval, and build an extension that improves both how the house works and its character.
