From groundworks to turnkey completion
Scandia-Hus approached King & Company to help deliver this bespoke self-build home in Hockering, looking for a trusted specialist contractor in the area. We carried out the enabling works and groundworks, preparing the site for the watertight timber-frame superstructure.
Once the frame package had been erected, we took the project through to turnkey completion, working closely with the client to finish the house to their exact specification.
The result is an efficient, low-energy home, built from the ground up with Scandia-Hus.
